Went in with a fully functioning iPad with cracked screen and was expecting just to have screen repaired. Came to pick it and was informed there was a motherboard issue. I’m truly disappointed in the service I was provided. If you need something repaired best bet is to go to apple.

If you're reading this Please consider going somewhere else. I Paid 220$ for an iPhone 16 pro max screen replacement. 13 days later I had a problem where the screen was randomly Blacking out and they fixed it free of charge, 3rd time I comeback same problem but they guy told me he wouldn't fix it and that I have to pay for a new screen which is going to cost me an another 200 dollars. I purchased a screen protector on Sept. 14, 2024, that Cellaxs Phone Repair creates from a machine. The screen protector that they installed had bubbles after 2 weeks over the edges of the screen. I went into the store on Sept. 28, 2024, to address the bubbles and the store clerk refused to fix the bubbles and asked if I purchased a warranty for a $30 screen protector. I said no and that I was never offered a warranty. I ended up leaving with the poor installation. Total rip off.

This place is HORRIBLE!!!!! They “fixed” my Apple Watch screen. I went home to take a nap and my watch was literally split wide open. I also took my iPad to get the screen fixed and battery replaced. After its first use I went to charge it and it wouldn’t go past 2%. I thought it was my charging cords so I keep trying different ones until it died. Now it won’t turn back on.
