Went in with a fully functioning iPad with cracked screen and was expecting just to have screen repaired. Came to pick it and was informed there was a motherboard issue. I’m truly disappointed in the service I was provided. If you need something repaired best bet is to go to apple.
Husband went here with a fully functional IPad that needed a screen replacement. Dude uses YouTube to do his work and ended up with a nonfunctional IPad. Bad business practices, untrained owner. Should only dedicate the store to selling products and not fake knowing how to fix electronics. He straight up told my husband he was using YouTube as reference 😂 He’s lucky we don’t go to the better business bureau!
I purchased a screen protector on Sept. 14, 2024, that Cellaxs Phone Repair creates from a machine. The screen protector that they installed had bubbles after 2 weeks over the edges of the screen. I went into the store on Sept. 28, 2024, to address the bubbles and the store clerk refused to fix the bubbles and asked if I purchased a warranty for a $30 screen protector. I said no and that I was never offered a warranty. I ended up leaving with the poor installation. Total rip off.
I took my phone which my mom use..and trust me when I say this phone was pretty beat up. this store change my front glass, battery and back cam for very good and reasanable price. definitely be back in the future. took 20min to get everything done.
This place is HORRIBLE!!!!! They “fixed” my Apple Watch screen. I went home to take a nap and my watch was literally split wide open. I also took my iPad to get the screen fixed and battery replaced. After its first use I went to charge it and it wouldn’t go past 2%. I thought it was my charging cords so I keep trying different ones until it died. Now it won’t turn back on.
