My wedding was wonderful; Ms. Crystal was very attentive and responded in a great timely fashion, she worked with me and my decorator and other members of the bridal party I have no complaints any concerns I had she addressed them immediately, i would definitely host at this location again
Not only was it freezing, the restrooms (women) weren't clean and only two stalls had toilet tissue and one was almost empty and the other one had the big roll sitting on the back of the toilet with was unsanitary. I told my BFF I started to take some off and put it in my bag for next time just in case it ran out. I can only imagine the men's room. The glass on the entry door is shattered down the bottom. Both halls were in use so if one wasn't clean I'm sure the other one wasn't either.
