Brilliant restaurant. Best canele I've ever tasted....better than New York's finest bakery. Most creative menu. There is magic here. Hopefully a book is in the making. Don't understand all the complexities of the cooking and if they explained it all to me, there'd be no time for cooking.
J ai commande mon pain une semaine a l avance. Quelle merveille!! La croûte est cuite a perfection un Poilane a Chicago!!. Sans aucun doute un des meilleur pain que j ai gouté depuis bien longtemps. Et puis il y a les gâteaux breton, croissants, brunch d une grande créativité. Je suis fan!!
