As a military family moving around alot comes in the package. The cellar ' s manager javier was always checking to make sure everything was ok in the house. The maintenance man was very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. Anytime there was a problem within a few hours it was fixed. The town homes themselves are VERY spacious! We had no problem canceling our lease short due to PCSing. GREAT staff and GREAT homes! Would recommend to anyone!!
WE LIVED THERE FOR ALMOST 6 MONTHS AND EVERY TIME YOU TURNED AROUND IT WAS ALLWAYS SOMETHING YOU NEEDED TO PAY OR DO TO BE ABLE TO STAY THERE.THE MANG WAS VERY RUDE AND WAS NEVER AT WORK AND WOULD NEVER RETURN PHONE CALLS AND ALLWAYS KICKING PEOPLE OUT.AND THEN WHEN HE WANTED US TO LEAVE HE WANTED TO KEEP ARE DEPOSIT AND MAKE US PAY ANOTHER 1,300 DOLLARS FOR BRAKING THE LEASE EARLY.SO MILITARY BEWARE AND DO NOT RENT FROM THESE PEOPLE THEY ARE JUST A BIG SCAM.
