I am so grateful to have had Stephen Zepeda with Cella Bella Hospice, by my family’s side during one of the most vulnerable times in our lives. Stephen was a steady guide through tough decisions, always speaking honestly but with kindness, and never rushing us. He answered every question. Even the ones we didn't know we had. Gross Negligence! Many of the 5 Star reviews you see here are from people who actually work for Cella Bella. Several of these 5 Star Reviews are fake! Do not be fooled by them. DO NOT USE this company! They do not ever contact the family. When they do, its always the wrong point of contact. The family member who holds Medical Power Of Attorney of the aging loved one is never contacted and not included in any of the important care of their loved one. This week I had the opportunity to be present while I witnessed the heart of Cella Bella. I’ve been a liaison little over 3 months and have already felt the passion in this company for caring for another person. This was shown this week while visiting a resident in their home to see if they were acceptable for services. Resident is 94 yo and has zero family that helps her and has exhausted her benefits of receiving home care. Cella Bella has been a great referral source for hospice and caregiving services. Stephen Zepeda is my point of contact, and he makes sure all of my patients are taken care of and receiving quality care from the staff.
