I thought I got a good deal when I join them but I was wrong. I sent my phone last month to fix & now a month later, I still don't receive my phone yet. Sam who works there keeps telling me lies after lies that he had sent it to me and then saying he gave it to another gentleman named John to have it fix. Weeks after weeks we keep calling and repeatedly Sam says the same thing. Please don't ever sign contract with this place or you will be in my situation. ok, i just recently went there to get a phone...the owner the only employee there was on the phone...when i needed help he said hes talking with his wife in pennsylvania...i was in a hurry but he said sorry can u wait can u wait ...then i said 15 minutes kater can u help me he said xcuse me sir i told u to hang on and cant u do tht ,im trying to talk to my wife in Pennsylvania..i got madd and left
