I called earlier in the day and was able to drop my phone off 10 minutes before they closed. Next day I received a call saying the device was ready and could come pick it up. Super easy to deal with and my phone works like new! Huge thanks!

Took my daughters phone in because it was has problems overheating, they performed some tests and told us it was the battery and they could fix it. We paid to have it fixed, but the problem was still happening the next morning. Contacted them, took it back up there, and they told us wasn’t nothing they could do, just completely took my daughters money

I wouldn’t even bother bringing any electronics here to be repaired unless it’s an easy fix such as broken screen. I brought my water damaged MacBook Air and paid nearly $70 for it to be diagnosed. They didn’t bother to call me to inform me that the laptop is ready to be picked up. When I came to pick it up I’ve been told that they might or might not fix it for another $200 because most likely water damaged the motherboard. I chose not to risk it and gave it to another shop.
