Got my screen replaced, it appeared the screen wasn't reattached completely flat. the top right corner was sitting higher from the phone than the rest. A week later, my phone fell from a short distance (in an outterbox case) and shattered. I was offered a $40 discount on the next screen replacement of $200 for iPhone 15 pro max. I explained all of this to them but that was best offer. Would go to a more reputable source. I don't plan to return for the discount because I now question whether they use quality screens. Unprofessional. I brought my ipad in because it had water damage in the charger port and would not charge. It took 3 days to “diagnose” my ipad after telling me it will be fixed within 24 hours. Constantly called back to back on the second day (during hours of operation) and never got a response or call back. On the third day, after calling twice, finally got a call back and the response was, “The man diagnosing it said sorry about taking long he’s almost done. Sometimes he just takes long.
