Absolutely terrible! I bought an old phone from them and the phone barely works. I walked in to tell them I couldn't get the SIM card out and he said somebody used a different SIM card tray which they had to put in the phone. He then tried to charge me for him to go in even get to he sim card out. Such a scam and terrible customer services
