under new management and Carlos is amazing, super fast repair and conformed to all standards he promised. Highly recommend
Carlos is the GOAT. Saved the day when my kid's phone camera glass got cracked. Camera itself intact. His price is so much more reasonable than the 'official ' Samsung shop that insisted the ENTIRE camera apparatus had to be changed per Samsung rules. Which of course meant unnecessary $$ spent. What a racket. Carlos had the part ordered and it was repaired while we waited the next day. In minutes. For an honest reasonable price. So easy. And he even has a little fridge full of water for you while you wait. How nice is that?!
Carlos was the one to help me and I am grateful for his help! My husband's phone died and he needed it fixed THAT DAY for work. So I took it in for him (I had a day off and he had meetings), and Carlos helped me ecery step of the way. I called 3 other repair stores and either they didnt have the needed parts for the phone we had, or we're difficult to communicate effectively to. You’re better off buying a refurbished phone. I opted to change my screen to try to get as much life out of my phone as I could after the screen cracked. I essentially paid 1/3 of a refurb and now have a phone that’s hardly usable. After talking to them it seems like ‘ghost’ phone movements and inability to use the touch screen properly at times is a known issue that they don’t disclose until after you pay and try to have them fix the issue.
