My screen LCD was broken, flashing lights everywhere, screen didn't push where I did etc. Took it in on a Saturday, got a great price, Phone was ready for pickup that following Wednesday. Everything was great until I realized that now my Volume down button doesn't work for some reason. Didn't have this issue before I sent it in. Wouldn't be that much of an issue except now I can't screenshot anything. I also cannot use my screen while it's charging it will not respond now.
