Update: Although my initial experience was not the most pleasant, there has been a positive update. The owner was very helpful in resolving this issue. He worked on a positive solution and kept me informed with updates weekly. Overall a 4/5 star experience.
CELL MAX on Schillinger rd in Mobile,AL is the worst. I brought my phone to them to repair the screen. The "manager" Joe assured me that the screen was an "easy fix" but they would have to order the part and it would take two days to ship. Two days go by and I arrive at he store to pick up the phone and Joe says "unfortunately the replacement screen is defective". They even attempt to give me the phone with the screen hanging and not properly attached to the phone. I refuse it and they say they will order a new replaceme... read more

I have had these gentlemen fix things for me several times. They are very courteous and businesslike and really know their stuff. I will remain their stead customer. I highly recommend them for you cell phone, computer, etc needs. THEY ARE HONEST.
I paid to have the screen replaced on my phone. When it was finished I went to get a new case and realized the case no longer was sitting on the phone- seeing the silver part at the charging port was bowed out I called. The guy told me to bring it back in for him to look at it. I drove 30 minutes back to be told it was like that when I brought it in, which is false and if it was the truth could have been said over the phone before telling me to drive back.
