Terrible business. I purchased a screen protector and soon realized it was too thick for the phone screen, it didn’t allow the thumb print to unlock the phone. I went back to change it and before I could fully explain the issue, I was interrupted multiple times because they were rushing to close. They kept cutting me off, as I tried to explain how I wasn’t able to unlock my phone and I can’t go home without having access to it. My iPhone 11 fell off my car and got run over by two cars behind me. the screen was black and completely shattered. I didn’t think it could be fixed and I was told by apple that it was too damaged and it needed to be replaced. The people at the cell doc desk has it fixed for me in 30 minutes!

Excellent customer service from the gentlemen who fixed my cracked phone screen. Was straight up with the wait time and how much the cost would be, which wasn't bad at all! Def would give them my business again anytime I have internal cell phone issues that need a technician. Highly recommend this place if you are in the West Hartford Farmington area.
