Terrible business. I purchased a screen protector and soon realized it was too thick for the phone screen, it didn’t allow the thumb print to unlock the phone. I went back to change it and before I could fully explain the issue, I was interrupted multiple times because they were rushing to close. They kept cutting me off, as I tried to explain how I wasn’t able to unlock my phone and I can’t go home without having access to it. Great costumer service They fixed my phone in a great fast manner Recommend to anyone
My iPhone 11 fell off my car and got run over by two cars behind me. the screen was black and completely shattered. I didn’t think it could be fixed and I was told by apple that it was too damaged and it needed to be replaced. The people at the cell doc desk has it fixed for me in 30 minutes!
