I was having problems with my HP Spectre 360 laptop screen. Kat helped with my options. After a couple failed used products (that i insisted on) we were able to get a new screen on the laptop and so far has been working good. It's been about a month. I have read these HP screens aren't the best anyway and the new one is holding up pretty well besides some vignetting on the corners. Overall great experience. Kat is helpful, patient and an all around great guy.

5 stars isn't enough! Cell Doc in Mahopac is the real deal. I had a pressing issue with my phone that needed fixing ASAP, and Cell Doc came through in record time. I can’t speak more highly of this place! Kat was amazing and so patient! He took all the steps he needed to transfer my old phone’s data onto my new phone! He was amazing! Highly recommend this place to anyone who has electronics issues or needs repairs!! Thank you, Kat!!
