A highly skilled tech, who has the equipment he needs to perform the job. He was able to fix a phone the other place could not, and he was considerably quicker and more economical. Another phone he fixed quickly and better than what was proposed at the last place I went to - he came up with a solution they couldn't or wouldn't come up with.
