Respect and effective communication with your customers are essential to success in a business. Unfortunately, after years of loyalty to Celine Nails, I must walk away. On my last visit, the service was very much disappointing. Celine’s dad was my technician, he was rude and very disrespectful. He seemed like he did not want to be there, he acted like he didn’t want to serve me in a respectful manner. I didn’t say anything- I’m choosing to take my business elsewhere.

I’ve been going to Celine before they were Celine (4-5 years now), and they are just the sweetest staff! Finally decided to write a review after they did all of my and my bridesmaids’ nails— we had such a great experience and loved everything they did. Mia (Mai) will take such good care of you, whether you have a reference photo or want her to do something original. Highly highly recommend. As long as I’m in the Waco area, I will always come here!
