very nice and professional service. I have my routine cleaning and crown done there. The doctor and staff is very friendly. Great for people who is afraid of dentist like me.
Very pleased with my unexpected visit today. Unfortunately, I’ve been suffering some terrible tooth pain and had to have a minor procedure done today; but with the help from the front staff, Jeanette and Dr. Ibrahim it went as smoothly as it could. They were helpful and affordable.
Dr. Ibrahim has been an excellent provider for my daughter. He is highly efficient, professional, and demonstrates outstanding bedside manner. He takes the time to thoroughly explain everything in a way that both my daughter and I can understand, and he is always patient and compassionate with her. We feel very fortunate to have him as her doctor. The staff is also exceptional—friendly, attentive, and consistently providing excellent customer service. Overall, I highly recommend Dr. Ibrahim and his team.
I never imagined I’d have such a shocking and upsetting experience at a dentist. I went in for a simple crown and left traumatized. The crown didn’t fit, and he filed it down so much it looked like a cube. When I first saw it, I told him: “The shape looks okay, but it’s too tall.” He said he’d fix it later but without asking me, he cemented it in and then filed it excessively. He didn’t stop there. It was my first visit to Celine today. Like many I have been delaying my dental visits far too long. But the team at Celine did the necessary and even got started with prep for 2 crowns on the first visit. Dr. Ibrahim was very pleasant, explaining everything and when he got started his skills became obvious. I never felt the injections nor any pain while he prepped my teeth for the new crowns. Very professional and a positive experience.
