first visit in several years. the remodel makes a huge difference. I ordered my steak medium rare and it was perfectly cooked. the salad bar was fresh and had a nice variety. our server was great, checked on us frequently during an extended visit with my 'sis' (they weren't really busy so we stayed for quite some time).
The staff is always accommodating regardless how ridiculous the request. I don't think I've ever had a bad experience here. Keep up the great work and the heavy pours!
Elizabeth is an excellent server/barista. She was both friendly and attentive while solely tending to patrons seated at the bar as well as approx 25+ other customers, eating and enjoying drinks in the bar. Kudos to her! (When we commented on her serving the entire place, she said that it was near shift change and additional staff was scheduled to arrive soon.) Went for our 31st Anniversary. Service, food, staff all great. I had steak & unlimited shrimp, just kept coming. Refills everything, no complaints. Always a good experience.
Took over 30 minutes to get our meals even though others sat down after us and got food before us. My friend wanted a to go box for the rest of his food because when he gets upset it ruins his appetite. The waitress finally brought a box. A 2x2 size box. He asked for a bigger box and eventually had to hunt one done himself. Not happy. It was his birthday dinner. The only upside was the manager decided to give us a certificate for our next meal. Fine but this meal was ruined. Thanks Sizzler!!
Bad experience, had to wait 30 minutes to get my meal and it was pretty empty. My friend took me here for my Birthday dinner, never again. Couldn't even enjoy my meal I was upset and my meal was cold. . Never again. So much for a Happy Birthday.
