I've been a loyal client of Celina for years, and she never disappoints! Even after moving away, I still choose to commute just for her outstanding services. The salon is top-notch, and Celina's skill and attention to detail make every visit a delight.
After squeezing into public transport for an hour, they refused to serve me. When booking the appointment, I clearly explained that I had an ingrown nail and needed treatment for that. Over the phone, they immediately accepted, but when I arrived, they basically kicked me out. The so-called “expert” wasn’t even at the shop. Instead, they asked me to send a photo of my nail over the phone. Despite me specifically mentioning it beforehand, they didn’t bother to be prepared. Told that have a sensitive nails for the pedicure and they said they are the only one medical saloon in the chicago but when came they said they cannot do it even have an appointment. No purpose to help. Terrible service
