we paid for a climate control unit and our first month there the roof leaked and ruined some of our stuff. We were very understanding and continued our rent for a year. When we went to the storage to prepare to move out, we had 3 vehicles that could clearly be seen on camera. The posted gate hours are 6:30AM to 9:00PM. when we tried to leave at 7:00PM, our gate code would not open the gate and we were locked in! we called and left messages and had someone bang on the door but the manager would not come out. Rachel was so helpful and I really appreciated her efforts !! I had a meeting to go to and she was so efficient and knowledgeable. I had never rented a storage unit before and I will definitely recommend her to others !!!
