What Happened to your business Ive been calling for weeks trying to set up a zoom meeting to get my pills refilled
Not reliable with the prescriptions. They do not send prescriptions on time, ever. You will have to call several times. Calling them means waiting 15 minutes until the automated system connects you. Their phone numbers don’t work with T-Mobile or Metro PCS so they will tell you to text them…
Meagan is terrific and always goes out of her way to make sure everything prescribed is called in quickly and accurately and tries her best to accommodate appointments out of my busy schedule. Julie is great, a veteran and hits the vein on the first try when I get my bloodwork done. The culture is one of professionalism with a sense of humor, which is perfect for me. Thanks NeuLine Clinic of Celina. I highly recommend this team.
I highly recommend this clinic. The administrative staff Megan is outstanding with excellent response time and follow-up. Dr. Oye is awesome, she takes time to listen to my issues. I am so pleased with the service and care I received from this clinic.
