Does this provider always take that extra step to make you feel special? Absolutely, they always make me feel like I'm their only patient. Does this provider maintain a professional appearance? Somewhat, I wasn't overly impressed Was this provider late to your appointments? Sometimes, it was a little frustrating Did you leave the office feeling satisfied with your visit? No, I left with more problems than I came with! Would you refer this provider to a family or friend? Maybe, I'm not sure if I loved them that much. Did you feel safe in this provider's care? Mostly, I was still a little nervous

Did this provider wear an obnoxious cologne? Not at all, their cologne smelled great Were the waiting room chairs comfortable at this gastroenterologist's office? Does this provider leave you on hold for a long time when you call? No, they are really great about answering the phone right away Did you have to wait long after you arrived for your appointment? No, I didn't have to wait very long Did this provider seem up-to-date with the current advancements in their field? Yes How would you compare this provider to others in his/her field that you have visited? Among the best I have seen

Does this provider give unbiased advice? Absolutely! I always get sound, helpful, and completely unbiased advice! Is this business in a safe neighborhood? Absolutely, It is the safest neighborhood around Was this provider late to your appointments? Not at all, I showed up early and they were ready to see me

The restrooms were very well-stocked at this provider's office. They always have toilet seat covers, paper towels and toilet paper and never run out. The staff was very helpful no matter how many times I called with a question or concern. They never made me feel uncomfortable for asking any question. They're really great about taking their time with me, and they don't mind answering my questions. I've never felt like an annoyance to them no matter how many questions I have.
