I was very disappointed i went early in the day about 1130 on a Saturday not only was the food made poorly down to soggy tacos no crunch service was horrible had to pretty much get up and find my waiter evry time I needed anything down to a refill. No customer s either .I won't be coming back to this particluar celias.
Always good. I've been going to Celias fro 15 years. I've NEVER had a bad experience. Wounder food and a great team of people help make this resturant one that I will continue to visit.

My family had 4 different entrees.On 2 different occasions. Boring food. Mexican? for gringos! Great atmosphere , Nice service but mediocre food. The other ratings seen here ? I question their judgement. 3 stars on there best day.
Good mexican eats Warm friendly staff, good food and good atmosphere. This is the place for your mexican food needs. I recommend it highly.
Delicious dining This is my favorite Celia's location--precisely because of the homey, hole-in the wall kind of feeling you get. Although Celia's is located directly on El Camino, it's street presence isn't large enough to draw a crowd most of the time---and neither is its parking lot. It can be loud at times, but that depends on where you are relative to large groups. I gave it only 4 stars because parking can be a nightmare, but would have liked to give it 4 1/2!
Celias has yummy tortilla soup. It is great on a chilly evening.
This place has been around for a little while in Antioch in the Old Downtown area near the water. It has the BEST Tortilla Soup around. It also has down home "REAL" Hispanic Flair.. I suggest this place to anyone looking for a great Mexican Restaurant. We love it.
Great food - great atmosphere I LOVE Celia's when I am in the mood for their Crab Enchiladas - they are the BEST AROUND! The only reason I'm not giving them 5* is because the mariachi bands are super loud and obnoxious & they have them there too many nights of the week. When you can't hold a conversation across the room from where they are playing, you know it's too loud! Their salsa is also VERY HOT - just a warning!
