This is not an establishment I will be ordering from during busy times of the year. My order was delivered but not without its hiccups and the reason I was given for the issues were mostly about being a busy time for flower delivery. In my case it was Christmas time and I know of a few other occasions that I will be sending flowers like everyone else and flower industry will be busy. 2 stars only because the owner accepted responsibility.

Decided to send flowers to relatives in Texas but wanted to use a local florist rather than some mega outfit. Did a search and found Celia's. So glad we did! A few clicks and the Thanksgiving arrangement was on its way. Our relatives were delighted with this lovely arrangement. We were especially happy to be able to make it happen as we live almost 10,000 miles away but thanks to easy online ordering it was almost as if we'd gone to the shop and picked out the flowers ourselves.
