very rude
We never have a set doctor which is disheartening due to continuity of care and different perspectives so there's no real clear concise treatment plan just kinda winging it from visit to visit. The patient portal is a joke and honestly the roll out an implementation has been trash. I like the MAs mostly and the front office staff have been bomb. I think schedules need to be blocked off correctly as the visits at times seem rushed with POC charting and minimal attention to actual needs unless the parent is clear and advocatin... read more
