Celia has not only been an excellent officiant for our wedding but an incredible cheerleader for our throughout this whole process. She works with you to prepare the ceremony you envision. I cannot recommend her enough. In the preparation leading up to the wedding, she worked around our difficult schedules to talk with us and to go over our ceremony plans.
