I changed my opinion because Celestron finally came through. I reached an employee who was willing to take the time and trouble to research my situation and get me my part. I do appreciate her.
They are the worst. I bought a telescope December 24, 2023 as a Christmas present for myself, but 3s unable to assemble it because the instructions did not resemble the telescope. Put it away, and then contacted the company when it was finally ascertained I was missing a part. Repeated attempts by me over a couple of weeks to get the part are still unsuccessful. They are HORRIBLE to deal with.
