Been waiting for my patience prescription to be refilled over 3 weeks the receptionist who answers the phone is very rude. Left a message for the Dr to call me back still nothing. So my guestion now is does he really need this medication. Very nice Dr but I don't understand why it takes so long to get a refill or a return phone call.
The two stars are solely for Dr. Celestin herself, who is a great doctor. Unfortunately, I cannot say the same about the front desk staff. The women at the front desk are completely incompetent when it comes to managing this office. They are irresponsible and show little to no care regarding critical paperwork required for surgeries. My surgery was almost canceled because they failed to send the approval letter needed to proceed.
