Take care of me well
I love Dr Celestin! She is so caring and polite, hospitable. But them nurses, I don't like them. Their customer service skills is a 1 out of 10. When you enter a place you should be greeted and checked in properly. They dont do none of that. They dont speak to you, they barely talk. They just don't operate under the guise that they like their job. They sit at the computer acting like they are actually doing something when they're not. Or they're on their phones. The doctor is fantastic. She has great bedside manners and is very tentative to your needs. The. Biggest problem by far is the front desk. There is no communication whatsoever and getting someone on the phone is like pulling teeth. The office is poorly managed unfortunately but there is potential. I had to wait nearly an hour for a doctor's note. I needed disability papers filled out, it took forever. There needs to be a full time receptionist/office assistant or something!
An excellent physician, with a warm demeanor and patience. The office was a good environment and calming. Highly recommend
