Junior was very nice and had lots of good information. However, I found another company that was willing to repair my existing system I felt like I was being coerced into buying a whole new system when it was not completely necessary. I also had a hard time getting him to call me back and negotiating on the price I also have a bad feeling about being charged $240 just to get an estimate. Service was great on time. The only problem was $185 for a job that took five minutes. The box that was taken off is just laying there with the wires still attached
We are so excited to be able to heat our pool later this year when the temperatures cool down with our new solar heater from Celestial Solar! Our incredible installer, Jordyn, was a master at this job. With temps in the 100's, I honestly don't know how he did it! When he completed the installation, he went over all the documents with me. They have always been a reliable company, but when I had an issue with my system, the tech showed up and was there a total of 5 minutes and they refused to rebate any of the $240 service charge
