Called them to make an appointment to get an estimate....had to take time off of work to do so. No show! When I called them to find out why they were late, was told they forgot all about the appointment!

Disjointed communication, overall. Days between emails (with promises of responses by end of day). No information about how long certain projects would take (i.e. two days initially committed to, then multiple days of spacing with no communication and ladders left in our home, which we then had to email about). Supplies were not prepared on time, although they said paint would be there. (They only supplies that were on time were tiles we bought ourselves.)
