Yesterday, I had an appointment with Vinny for a root touchup. I was greeted by Maria who is always so sweet and accommodating. Alyssa worked alongside Vinny taking care of me. She always makes me feel extremely welcome and comfortable. I had my eyebrows waxed by Katie who always makes me feel relaxed in the spa area. Some people cringe when they think of getting something waxed, but Katie always has the wax at a very safe temperature where it is still very effective. All the stylists are true professionals. The staff is amazing as well. Always compliments on my hair cuts at Celestial!!
Great experience with Laurie who washed and Jack who cut! On time - even early!! I was there to fix a prior cut. Jack steered me away from another blunder with clear explanation of what I was requesting. He then explained what he understood I wanted. I was able to tweak it until it was exactly what I was describing - I love my hair again. I will be back!
