Being entry level bicyleists, Celestial was very helpful assiting my husband and I and talked us through our options. Didn't feel like a pretentious bike shop at all. We couldn't be happier and will definitely be back when we need to upgrade!

I brought my gravel bike in for some maintenance before taking it on an international trip. I had no braking power in the rear and knew I needed a bleed. I left it for a few days and when I go to pick it up I was told that all I actually needed was some new brake pads and the bike was good to go. I trusted the guys so I tossed my bike in my car and early the next day flew to Central America for my trip. Apparently no one at the shop actually test rode my bike.
