A fantastic experience. The customer service is amazing and if you get a massage please choose Megan. She asks the right questions to make the experience best for you. Just got home from another great visit. I am hooked.
Please for the love of all that is holy add the floor number to your website and your booking confirmation and to your sign in the north elevator bank. Walking through the jam packed lobby pre massage trying to find someone who knows where the spa is was a nightmare. Also, post the locker instructions in the locker room. I forgot how to get into the locker and it seems counterintuitive to press lock after the code.

I had an amazing experience at this spa from start to finish! Bailey greeted me with a smile and made sure I was comfortable and felt welcomed.
