I saw one of the residents. He was thorough and listened to me. He then spoke with Dr Hurley, who approved his plan and gave me a prescription and set up PT. I am impressed by how well he listened. Sometimes Doctors can be indifferent to what the patient is saying and just do whatever, depending on the complaint verbalized when making the appointment.
Dr Hurley is GREAT. She spent time talking about my concerns. Then told me what I can expect as her patient. It’s what I’ve wanted in a GP for years. Finally!!
Never saw this Dr. She never came into the room to speak with me. She only listened to the false information that she was given with my interaction with a resident. My medical summary from the appointment was inaccurate and she did not follow up in person.
Dr Hurley is simply amazing! She takes her time and doesn't make you feel rushed, ensuring any concerns you may have are fully addressed.
