This past Thursday I told the NP (The one I told our office that should not see our kids years ago. They got a new system and the note must not have carried over.) that my child was not sick. Something else was going on. She told me that they needed Benefiber and sent us on our way. On Sunday my child could not lift a 32oz metal water bottle because they were so weak. Celeste is an outstanding provider. She is very helpful, knowledgeable, and understanding. I highly recommend her.
Absolutely the worse experience ever. I go in with a sensitive matter and she showed absolutely no compassion whatsoever! She didn’t create a safe and comfortable space for myself or my child. She came off very condescending, showed no compassion and to be frank, she seemed like she could care less. We left feeling ashamed for sharing our concerns ! Never again!
What a horrible, horrible experience this woman put not only my daughter but myself through yesterday 01/04/2022. For what we were there for was already a emotional matter, she did nothing but made it much much worse. This woman's bed side manner has to be the worst I have ever encountered.
