I just got a flyer and it says “ Prices are projected to continue a steady rise, with NAR forecasting a 2% increase in 2025. This is far from the case in Denver- there is far more inventory than demand. She says “An advantage for homeowners looking to sell” Hmmm ..why are there so many price decreases? Inventory is at an all time high in Denver. She clearly is not a LOHI or Metro denver expert. Either this realtor is grossly incompetent w the Denver Market or dishonest.
