Celeste Ballerino is the best realtor in the Denver Metro Area. We have known Celeste for 23 years, she helped us buy our first and only home in the Denver Metro Area and we contracted her to sell this same home when we decided to move to another state. She is an outstanding person that really cares for her clients. We were thrilled that she sold our home in 2 days. I just got a flyer and it says “ Prices are projected to continue a steady rise, with NAR forecasting a 2% increase in 2025. This is far from the case in Denver- there is far more inventory than demand. She says “An advantage for homeowners looking to sell” Hmmm ..why are there so many price decreases? Inventory is at an all time high in Denver. She clearly is not a LOHI or Metro denver expert. Either this realtor is grossly incompetent w the Denver Market or dishonest.
Celeste is great to work with. She helped me through my first home purchase years ago with great success, and recently helped me sell my home. She goes above and beyond, and is a consummate professional! I 100% would, and have recommended her, to friends and family.
