Not safe to live here. I had three incidents in the garage, first time items were stolen from the car, second time the truck was stolen and they found it in a parking lot in Laredo, third time my motorcycle got stolen stuff from it. If you live here you will find neighbors high and knocking on your door 2:00 am and getting themselves in shouting while you are asleep. I was one of the original renters when Celeste. Sadly, the living experience at Celeste has gone down hill fast over the past 12 months. The staff are horrible (either "ice queen" Jill -Asst mgr) or unhelpful "mgr" Tabitha). Here is short list of the issues at Celeste: 1. Maintenance requests take over 2 months to fulfill (2 of my recent requests took > 2 months). Things like a water filter for the fridge or and A/C filter 2.
