Celesta puts a lot of effort in her work. She was always reachable and when she couldn't answer she always followed through in a timely manor. She always addressed my concerns and has many years of experience and it shows. She put as much, if not more work in getting my condo rented than selling a house. I ended up with a great tenant too!
Very nice person but would never recommend. I used Mrs. Fahey to find renter for my property, she sold me on her ability. Said she had a network of military families and some she's currently working with looking to rent. Told me she'd stage some spaces in my house and gave me a lot of confidence in her. Recommeded i list with a low rent to create a bidding war. Unprofessional and rude!
Celesta was my agent this past spring and did an outstanding job helping me sell my house. Celesta knew the neighborhood so well and was recommended to me by several neighbors. I am so glad I had Celesta as my agent as she not only was always there for me with helpful advice, Celesta was able to sell my house for way above listing.
