Can't really comment on the apartment itself as my daughter and her roommates have not moved in yet, but I will say the communication has been amazing. I've been pestering poor Nicole with emails on and off for a while and she has been super helpful and responsive. They were originally moving into another apartment, but the folks there couldn't be bothered to answer basic questions and they essentially ghosted everyone after they paid the application fee.
Moved my daughter into her apartment.Everything was very clean and straightforward, which made moving in a breeze. The a/c unit was not working properly, and one call later it was fixed. These apartments seem to be mostly college students and are very close to the campus. My only complaint would be that Wi-Fi be something that is included. We all know that college students need to have Wi-Fi in order to work on their laptops and it is a bit of a hassle in order to try and set it up and have to wait for the service to be prov... read more
If you don't go here often/live here it's very confusing to get around, but other than that it's good
My wife and I have been living in Celeron Square for 5 years, since 2017. We have even raised a young child 3 years ago. This is a great neighborhood for students and young families, with bus stop at door step, 20 mins walk to campus on a nice day, safe and friendly neighborhood, excellent management team and super responsive in-house maintenance crews. Comparing to the ridiculous rent at the Oaks, this is the best off campus apartment you probably gonna find near Uconn.
