Average This place can be very slow, but they do get the job done. They seem to provide good service, but be prepared to wait LONG hours. The appointment side along with their prescription service is a little flakey. The prescription people seem to make a lot of mistakes, so you have to be quite patient. But you will probably end up their because you really don't have very many choices in emergency situations. The emergency centers in the hospitals are slow and EXPENSIVE.
Doctor, Doctor I recently became ill, and not having a primary care physician in Las Vegas, I went to UMC. They were nice, and I felt comfortable. There was a long wait, but that's to be expected when you go to a place like that. Recommended if you have the time and not a major emergency
They should improve the service I went there when I have severe skin allergy. OMG, the wait was SO LONG!!! I felt miserable waiting. I could not resist to scratch my whole body , because it was so itchy. The nurse saw me scratching continuously, so she gave me 2 cold packs. That was a nice of her. I was waiting like 2 hours just to see the doctor for about 10 minutes or less.....!!!!
Yikes Just the thought of having to visit this place scares me to death. The coughing crouping people in the waiting room seem to spread more disease than you can be cured for. The waits can be extreme, sometimes 4 or 5 hours. I do everything I can to avoid this place.
