The worst company ever! Here is a list of reasons: 1- First and foremost, the lady who answers (Kelly, as she introduced herself) the phone is super rude. She insulted and shouted on me, even though I was calm, polite and respectful, trying to explain a problem in the contract. 2- they promised me to deliver my stuff in 5 days. It took 10 days and during the time I called them various times, they don’t answer or you have to stay on hold at least 30 mins (at least! The guys from Celebrity Van Lines did an excellent job protecting the building hallways, floors and door. Packed all our furniture carefully. No damage very reasonable price for the “white glove service we’ve got “.
We were very impressed by these guys. They moved all my goods we needed all the way up to NYC - all of our furniture, electronics, personal goods, even the largest sofa of all sofas! Great communication, reasonable price and timeframe. Big thank you to all of you at Celebrity Van Lines!
The move went smoothly and they worked non stop for 6 hours straight. The guys were friendly and reliable taking great care of my belongings to ensure there would be no damage. I will be using Celebrity Van Lines for future moves.
