Amazing service! Easy to book on the website. Got me in and out quickly and the style looks absolutely stunning! Real down to earth and great conversation. This was my 2nd time getting my hair done here and I'd go back. Thanks ladies!!!
The owners and head stylists are extremely toxic, mean and unprofessional. She goes out of her way to argue with negative reviews insisting they are liars just out to harm her business. I left 1 star once after receiving a decent just ok hair service but awful customer service and to save an argument I left it under my mans name Andrew and she gonna say we have never serviced you and have it removed People don't go out of their way to discredit good work so just improve your business practices and you won't hav to question ... read more
My stylist is amazing , she is an excellent braider. Not to mention, she enjoys educating her clients on how to properly maintain their hairstyle. Most of all, I didn’t develop a headache from my braids being too tight. I highly recommend Ms. Helena Thomas.
My hair is literally fried, I’m so sad I can’t even post pictures bc of the embarrassment everything was perfect the atmosphere and outcome but somehow today my pretty bouncy blowout is fried to the root and thinner than I’ve ever seen it. I booked with her on Monday which was my birthday it was completely ruined yesterday(Thurs) and now today my hair is gone. Worst than any Dominican salon experience!!! If she’s been doing hair for 5 years I’m not sure what went wrong but it’s truly heartbreaking.
