I went to book in person to get my split ends cut even had to pay a booking fee for my spot all to go there for my appointment and get turned down. Nakita told me she couldn't cut my hair because it's oily and not clean mind you I washed my hair a week ago but still she wouldn't cut my split ends and they didn't even tell me that it was suppose to be washed before I came when I booked my appointment they should of told me that so this really upset me. I had a really great experience they were very welcoming from when you first walk in the door and keep positive energy throughout the whole time the owner was AMAZING to talk to and I was completely satisfied with the service, will definitely be back !!!
