I would give ZERO if it were an option!! Celebrity should learn to respond to complaints/issues/concerns when reported directly to the owner. My EXPENSIVE extensions had to be taken out, out of state, a week after them being put in because they were irritating my head so badly... why? Someone cut my extensions as you can see in the picture and they were poking and irritatingmy head (not sure if it was backlash because they had to replace the ones that "went missing" in their salon) and now they are ruined. Great experience with spray tan by Rachel. The front office is very pleasant and welcoming and my blowout recently with kristen was amazing!!
