Owner Marshall Barton is a crook. No supervisions. Multiple mistakes made in building process. Bubblers installed wrong. Deck jet canister broken. Driveway broken. Pool skimmer filled with concrete. Owner would not repair any of these. He kept claiming material costs going up and wanted more money without correcting his mistakes. Thought is was having memory issues. Realize now he just has a selective memory. Celebrity was fired before pool plaster done because of their poor quality of work.
