I can’t recommend Jackel enough as a personal trainer. I was under his training almost 6 years from 2018- 2024. He’s been incredibly professional, motivating and genuinely invested in my progress. He knows exactly when to challenge you and when to support you. I’ve seen real improvements. If you are looking for someone who truly cares and will help you achieve your fitness goals. I had a relaxation massage treatment done by Alex and it was absolutely amazing! Alex is attentive and tailored the treatment to my specific skin needs. The facility is also very spacious and clean. Amazing place to get pampered!
