Love this place been coming for 15 years if not more!
Sooo...this was only the second time I have been to this salon. I returned because the younger guy did my nails so well and lasted a long time! THEN, I returned about a month and a half later and got a man who claimed he did my nails at this salon before. I assured him he hadn't. He said full set. Yes. What color. I showed him a picture. Walked in to get my eyebrows done. I told the lady what I wanted and her response was not right now. I was very confused by her statement and repeated what she said for clarification. She repeated it again so I left. This was my first and last time here. Not a very good first impression as she didn’t even tell me when I could get them done. Nail shops are a dime a dozen in Richmond so don’t need to do business here.
I love this place. They are so friendly and welcoming. They treat you like family and don't let you leave till they know you are satisfied. They have a customer for life with me! (And the prices are great and affordable as well..who could ask for more?!?😁)
