I purchased a spa from this company almost a year ago. It started leaking about a month after purchasing. They have been out three times to repair it. It is still leaking and is unusable. This time they tell me parts are on order. Three weeks later, parts are still on order. Now I have a yard ornament rather than a usable spa. I do not recommend this company is you want an operational spa.
They are not REFUNDING my MONEY. UNFRIENDLY, UNPLEASANT STAFF, NOT HELPFUL. My experiences have been nothing but amazing here, from the front desk staff to my injectionist, Dr. Davidson. Everyone is knowledgeable, kind and curtious. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for spa/esthetician services.
I recently got my Botox injections here and had the BEST experience! I loved how clean the spa was, and how professional everyone was that works there. You can tell they all take pride in what they do. 10/10 would recommend this medi spa to anyone who’s looking for Botox or facial services. But honestly, any service you receive here, will not have you leaving disappointed! 👌🏼
