My husband and I had intentions of dealing with celebrity homes, but after reading all the reviews, I thank you so much because I will not be dealing with celebrity homes. My brother and his wife were also going to deal with celebrity homes when we wanted to move, but after the reviews we will not be.
5 months as of now not even responding to emails and calls . No action has been taken . Worst builders ever . Need to take a legal action .
Unfortunately, I have to give a 1 star review too. The realtor was great and helpful, but the warranty department is terrible as so many others have mentioned. We have a huge sump pump drainage issue in the front yard and they have been dragging their feet for about 6 months. When someone finally emailed us back. It was such a rude note stating that we just needed to redirect the water ourselves. There was not even a hit of customer service. Its nonexistent.
