What more can you say about a salon that makes you feel like a million bucks? I recently moved from Orange County to the desert and needed a new stylist. This place was close to my new home, so I decided to give them a try—and I couldn’t be happier. The salon is bight and cheery and inviting. Very clean and professional. Bergen was wonderful and made me feel right at home. Thanks Bergen, I love my haircut and I feel ready to face the world. Great salon. Great people. Great haircut.
If you look at the response for the owner to my first review. Notice there is no apology about not receiving my hair since February 2021. Anyone that cannot receive their products regardless, if it is on the owners suppliers end would be upset after 6 months. Even as she states, that I should have received it, I never did. I contacted my attorney to see my rights, as I have never had to pay over $3000 since February, on hair and products, then order another custom hair system, only to not receive the product period.
