I took my 2018 RAM 1500 to get it washed. After they were done I noticed several scratches on my truck that were not there prior to the wash. Scratches were on the hood and down the driver's side. I pointed out the scratches to the employee and he claimed that they were there prior to the wash. I am very particular about my truck and I know its condition very well.
