I have used Celebrity Cakes on a few occasions, but this particular time the service was absolutely horrible. Communication skills were at an all time low, the customer service was poor, the cake size and dimensions were way off and the cake looked nothing like the picture I gave them. It was very amateur cake decorating and I am totally unhappy. Might I add the prices have gone tremendously up in the past year. #veryunhappycustomer

The themed cake for our grand daughter's birthday was not only a work of art but also a high quality tasting cake. Everyone at the party raved about how good it was. Most of all, our grand daughter just loved the purple snowflakes! Will be a repeat customer.
The best cake & staff! Wonderful welcoming ambiance and yummy product.
